Sign is given by Catcher
Play #1 — throw to 2B, get the out
Play #2 — 2B read play
Play #3 — Throw to 3B, no pump fake
Play #4 — Catcher holds the ball, no throws
Horns Plays – Controlling the Running Game
These are orders from the bench to the pitcher, sent through the catcher. They are non-negotiable!
Horns 1 – Pitcher Picks to 1B (Not a fake pick, a real pick)
Horns 2 – Knee t0 Knee Delivery
Horns 3 – Hold, Hold, Hold – change the timing and rhythm, expect batter to call time out. Catcher call time out after 4 seconds.
Horns 4 – Pitch out
Horns 5
Runner at 2nd – inside move to 2B
Runners at 1st and 3rd — step off rubber, fake throw to 1B, spin and throw to 3B
