The score on the scoreboard doesn’t reveal if we’ve achieved Competitive Greatness…because we may beat a less talented team but not play to our best…that is not Competitive Greatness..
If you as an individual and you as a team apply :Hard Work, Enthusiasm, Being Aware, Taking initiative, Being Skilled, Supporting you Teammates, and Having high Character, you will be Calm under Pressure, or POISED, and you will have CONFIDENCE in your self to Perform at the most critical moments..THAT IS COMPETITIVE GREATNESS>>>>
Doing all of those things are what will ultimately lead to success…..SUCCESS is having the peace of mind which is a direct result of self satisfaction in knowing you made the effort to become the best that you are capable of becoming…

13 and 14’s – The challenge for you is to realize where you are now compared to where you were when the Winter Began. You can be the most talented now or the least talented now and it does not mean you will have success as you go forward and get older. That will only come with continuing to build on the foundation you now have.
HS Players – the High School season is here…it will be easy to slip into old habits or conform with what the “group is doing” .. It takes a leader to stand on his own and to take care of your business. We are challenging you to be these types of leaders on your High School teams in terms of effort and attitude. If you do this you will EASILY Stand out….EX. Miss a ground ball!!
