10 minute Mental Toughness
On 11/15/09, Jason Selk conducted a clinic for our players based on the first 5 Chapters of his book “10 Minute Mental Toughness”. Jason Selk is the Mental Training coach for the St. Louis Cardinals.
In 2010, we built these mental toughness drills into the Gamers program — as part of our practices and pre-game routines. We had 92% attendance at the clinic!!!
