People who have much success share one thing in common—-HARD WORK. They have a mind set of doing whatever it takes to get the job done. There is no easy way to achieve success —-just plain hard work.
This work includes the weight room, conditioning, skill work and the classroom.
Anything that is worth having is worth working for.

Don’t judge yourself against others, rather judge success against yourself and how much you improve.
To be able to push yourself to do the work required to be successful, you have to be enthusiastic about it. In other words you have to have your heart in it and LOVE the process of achieving your goal. It is impossible to perform at your best without a whole hearted effort.
Without an enthusiastic approach, success will be absent. Enthusiasm is passion — “Follow your passion, and success will follow”.
On top of getting the most out of yourself by having a tremendous work ethic and by doing it with a great attitude you have a huge impact on the those around you. That energy and attitude rubs off and creates an atmosphere of success throughout the team.
