Two way guys ( guys that hit and pitch), perform these bilateral ( both arms-:), Pitcher Only guys at least with your throwing side arm. It is VERY Important to keep the Flexor Forearm Bundle muscles strong, as they help protect the UCL ligament. ( the one which leads to Tommy John surgeries)

Guys, so today would have been our Day 2 of Mini Camp. It still is, only it’s at home. So, your challenge is to thoroughly review all of the information below. The best ball players know each positions responsibility on all plays. Write down your responsibilities, have a family member quiz you, learn to “put the plays on”, as shown in the videos below.
Take today to get outside with your family, do some thing together you don’t normally do. (of course that might be exercise LOL, so go ahead). Make it a productive day, and we will have more baseball activity for you to accomplish tomorrow.

Our trainers at Athletic Republic (Thanks Dale and Brady!) have provided a dynamic warm-up routine for us this season. We will be using it once practices and games get kicked off. But, for now, the perfect way to start-off your work-outs each day.
There are two versions below — one where you have a larger space (basement, garage, tennis court, football field, etc…) and one where you have very limited space (like your family room).
