Things to remember when making reservations for Gamer hotel blocks:
- Make reservations by ASAP – there are strict cut off dates, so rooms will not be available after those dates have passed
- Dates shown are check in and check out dates, so usually for arrival on Wednesday before play starts on Thursday. If the arrival/departure dates change based in a actual game schedules, you can change your reservation later.
- In many cases, booking links are provided by third party booking companies employed by the tournament host. Actual hotels will not know of about your individual reservation until 1-2 weeks prior to the date of check in
