Things to remember when making reservations for Gamer hotel blocks:

Make reservations by March 15, 2017 – there are strict cut off dates, so rooms will not be available after those dates have passed
Dates shown are check in and check out dates, so usually for arrival on Wednesday before play starts on Thursday. If the arrival/departure dates change based in a actual game schedules, you can change your reservation later.
Booking links are provided by third party booking companies employed by the tournament host. Actual hotels will not know of about your individual reservation until 1-2 weeks prior to the date of check in
Bus trip information and payment options will be emailed in April. Bus trips give parents an opportunity to take a weekend off from baseball and significantly reduce travel costs.

You can change your reservations later when game schedules are available.
